Founded in 1896,
the Douglas Choral Union has gained an enviable reputation
for high quality musical productions. Our shows are
staged at the beautiful Gaiety Theatre in Douglas.
They range from light opera and musicals to music
hall and pantomime. The sets and costumes are of West
End quality, as is the wonderful orchestra. Every
year we use a professional Director, who sets the
very highest standard of performance for our talented
cast.
The aim of the DCU is to bring you a special musical
experience that you will remember for a very long
time. We look forward to seeing you at our next production.

We will become the first amateur group in the British Isles to have the rights to do this show, and look forward to bringing it to our audiences.
The performance will start on Tuesday 3rd February 2009 and run for 12 shows.
